Who we are

Chrystal Living is the residential lettings brand of the Chrystal group. You can contact us about your data at hello@chrystalliving.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Rental enquiries: name, phone, email and your message — used solely to respond to your enquiry and, with your agreement, to tell you about upcoming availability.

Tenant fault reports: name, contact details, property address and the details of the fault — used to carry out repairs and maintain our records as your landlord. This processing is necessary for the performance of your tenancy agreement.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered to our customer-relationship system (Zoho CRM, EU data centre) and to our internal notification channels. We don't sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 12 months, then deleted if you haven't become a tenant. Tenancy and repair records: for the duration of the tenancy plus the period required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email hello@chrystalliving.co.uk for any data request.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. The only storage used is what the browser itself requires to submit forms.
